\nYouth Art Exhibition of Inter-Youth International Higher Education Art Institutes is intended to showcase the works by outstanding young artists with backgrounds at world-class art institutes and serves a platform for communication, including the works by the youth in three display forms of the past, present, and future. It demonstrates the top-notch, cutting-edge, experimental spirit of humanistic concern, and assumes the mission of the times of the continuation, fusion and innovation of the painting source.<\/p>\n

The studio (workshop) affords space for sparking off thoughts and making creation for young artists. On the global arena of contemporary art creation, young artists are characterized by traits for exploration and practicality, rebellion and doubt. Young artists\u2019 studios abound with passion and imagination, producing scintillating highlights and progress for future art and development.
\nThis exhibition, themed on \u201cExperiment \u2022 Painting – Report of Artist Studio\u201d, underscores the social responsibility of the studios and the meaning of the spirit of the times. Painting art by the youth in this era is characterized by their fertile imagination and creativity. Taking the studio as the source of \u201cskills and methods\u201d, it sets store by the spirit of practice of contemporary painting and the traditional expansion and integration, and fully reflects the rich creation methods and diversified techniques of expression exhibited by the painting art of young artists. The exhibition and collection of works highlights a different perspective for the visual arts, integrating the pluralistic world of painting and the painting expression.<\/p>\n

Based on the academic studio of the world\u2019s art institutes, personal studios of contemporary artists, and joint studios of young artists, etc. The works produced underlie the demonstration form of \u201cpainting outside painting\u201d. It realizes the reemergence and construction of the artistic representation of the social thought background and painting experiments by the art creation. Through the exhibition, the little-known yet vital ideological background and creation scenes of the works are presented. It reproduces the scenario of art formation and creation at the studios and workshops.<\/p>\n

The history of creation by artists\u2019 studios is one of glorious and brilliant achievements \u2013 ranging from the ancient Chinese and Western workshops to separate workshops of Renaissance artists, from traditional studios to the great nature for production of works. During different periods in the Chinese and Western art creation history, countless young artists, starting with unique ideas at the studios, have evolved into globally influential artists. The studios (workshops) of all descriptions used by contemporary Eastern and Western artists are the source of creation by artists and the birthplace of works of art. The studio, as the guide to the art revolution, is the first to bear testimony to the works of art, and is a witness of the artists and their works. It is both bounded and limitless. According to the \u201cHistorical Novel of Su\u201d by Su E of the Tang Dynasty, \u201cWorkshop refers to square, meaning the place of work is the square. Square refers to the square room.\u201d It reveals the nature of studios (workshops). Lying behind the exploration for the origin of the world by artists is the boundless enthusiasm for learning and unwavering dedication. Contemporary artists\u2019 studios exude charm and imagination, with both privacy and openness coexisting. For the youth studios of contemporary art institutes, the continuation of history and contemporary academic study are the cutting-edge academic orientation; studios of contemporary young artists are the testing ground of the richness and diversity of new painting. They are active in the global field of contemporary painting and are the colorful landscape of art creation.<\/p>\n

Based on such a proposition, this \u201cInter-Youth\u201d Youth Art Exhibition, through the form of creation at studio (workshop), uncovers the scenarios behind the creation of works, and elaborates the theme of \u201cExperiment \u2022 Painting\u201d. The exhibition is committed to launching the works of young contemporary artists with the characteristics of the times and their studios. This is geared toward presenting the works of art, artistic thought and creation forms by young artists under the global situation, inspiring the mission of becoming \u201cvirtuoso craftsmen\u201d in young contemporary artists and ushering in the dawn of contemporary art in the East. It is aimed at providing young artists with a high-level academic platform for creation, in a bid to connect the social life and art creation, reinforce individuality and creativity, develop an international perspective, and seek the origins of art.
